The Brace Center recognizes gender as a key factor in how individuals live, work, and learn.  As such, Brace programming is an integral part of the experience of every Phillips Academy community member.  As we educate students to be activists for equitable policies and spaces, we also lead adults towards humble, honest, lifelong learnership.

Through ongoing programs and single events, The Brace Center for Gender Studies continues to advocate for gender-based inclusion and social change and collaborate to develop platforms for understanding oppression and lifting up voices that are often silenced.

Our culminating event of 2021-2022 is the annual TAKE BACK THE NIGHT march and vigil. Join in this beautiful and powerful tradition of bringing visibility and healing to our society’s endemic sexual violence.
